The size of the apartment is great with generally a good quality at a good location. The kitchen has the most important things and a sandwich maker too We loved the fake fireplace in the bedroom! Nice little balcony behind the bedroom and another one in the front with a table to sit Wardrobe in the bedroom has a nice smell Blinds in every room and every window

− The door to the balcony is broken. You have to push the door with your entire body weight and then turn the handle which was very difficult, otherwise the door would not close. There are screws missing on the top part of the door when it's open. Light is very low in the apartment because there are not many windows. Also, we closed the blinds because we care about privacy, otherwise people passing outside can look inside the apartment. After flushing the toilet, water came from underneath the toilet which was gross. Shower desperately needs to be cleaned professionally, also has a very weird smell. Humidity is high in the room but a humidifier is there and was already working when we came in. Once it was done, we couldn't turn it on anymore though. Only one small TV in the living room Cats will try to come inside of the house, most likely because previous guests have given them food

The location and convenience

− They are very strict with checkin and check out times and make it very difficult for guests in comparison to other hosts around the area who make more of an effort to accommodate guests travel plans (those who offer earlier check in and later checkout). We expected better hospitality from this place given the price point.

Location.

− Great location, but disappointing experience. We arrived to an apartment that required cleaning before we could settle in, including dirty/sticky surfaces and moldy grime in the shower. Management offered to send cleaners after the fact and only offered a €25 credit after we pressed for a partial refund – however, by that point we had already unpacked and cleaned the apartment ourselves. Their follow-up response focused more on justification vs taking ownership of the situation. Checking into a clean apartment should be the baseline especially at the rate we paid, and unfortunately this experience fell short of that very basic standard. Do better.

Good value for money compared to other places in the area, spacious and a great location. Loved the easy self check in and door code so no need for a key!

− It was pretty clean but there was quite a few flies in the bathroom which was a bit off putting and some mould in the shower. Very small details could be better like having no mirror other than the bathroom… please get a full length mirror somewhere and no sponge to clean the dishes!
