Perfect location, very functional and clean. Smart idea with the folding bed, which turns into a comfortable sofa during the day and enables the space. We got a duvet cover which made sleep very comfortable. Heating and warm water worked excellently. I strongly appreciate that the lights in the room were bright. This is a pleasant neighborhood.

− Wifi not working, bathroom basin sink blocked. No extra bags for rubbish, we didn't know where to dispose it. And they force you to put used toilet paper in it. The host didn't help with those things, although we asked him. No towels exchange for 5 days. The toilet flush was sometimes leaking (wasting water). And I see from the comments that these are not new complains. No balcony, despite advertised so.

La ubicación cercana al metro y varios lugares de comida y comercio. La cama grande, cómoda y buen colchón para descansar luego de un largo día caminando. La zona tranquila, la decoración agradable. Las sábanas limpias

− Tiene algunos detalles a corregir, como por ejemplo la internet que no funciona, el bote de agua del WC, la manilla del grifo del lavabo que se cae, sería conveniente cambiar el grifo por uno más corto ya que al agacharse para lavar la cara es incómodo y me he pegado (nada importante pero más corto mejor) Respecto a la limpieza deben poner más atención el baño no estaba desinfectado y se veía sucio. No hice fotos porque realmente no acostumbro a hacerlo. Es responsabilidad de los propietarios o manager vigilar que todo esté ok

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. L’ambiente è piccolo ma davvero accogliente, pulito e curato nei dettagli. La posizione è comoda e centrale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, la consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei volentieri!

− Oda küçük ve dardı ışık almıyordu otopark var yazıyor fakat yoktu. Kahve makinesi çalışmıyordu, sıçak su yoktu.Arabımızı yola bıraktığımız için camını kırdılar eşyalarımızı çaldılar genel olarak tam hayal kırıklığı yaşadım
