9.0Stunning villa withl lush garden located right outside the city center. Quiet room facing the garden decorated with exquisite taste and vintage pieces, like the rest of the villa. Unforgettable breakfast in the garden. Easy free street parking

7.0A beautiful and authentic villa in a great location, close to the center but quiet and peaceful. We loved our room and really enjoyed our stay. The interior decoration is stunning and full of character. Highly recommended!
− A small suggestion would be to pay a little more attention to the cleaning. Our room was slightly dusty and had a slight musty smell. The outdoor furniture in the garden could also benefit from a good clean, as it seemed to have accumulated some dirt over time.
Sehr schöne barocke Villa, in mitten von Noto, mit einem wunderschönen Garten.
8.0Wunderschöne Villa an einer sehr zentralen Lage in Noto. Wir waren im Zimmer „Noto“ untergebracht, das sehr schön eingerichtet war, das Bett war sehr bequem, vom Balkon hatte man den Blick auf den Garten.
− Einziger Minuspunkt war das Frühstück. Wir waren während der vier Tage meist die einzigen Gäste und so wurde das Frühstück jeden Morgen recycelt. Einerseits können wir das verstehen, andererseits müsste da etwas anders vorgegangen werden. Die bereits geschnittenen Brotscheiben waren nach einem Tag steinhart, um die Wassermelonenschnitze tummelten sich nach zwei Tagen die Fliegen. Die Butter war seit 4 Wochen abgelaufen, als ich die Mitarbeiterin darauf aufmerksam gemacht hatte, hatte sie sich entschuldigt, am nächsten Tag war dann gar keine Butter da, am übernächsten dafür wieder frische. Wir hätten uns in dieser Situation, als einzige Gäste, auch mit einem kleineren Buffet zufrieden gegeben, wenn dafür alles immer frisch gewesen wäre.

10.0Gorgeous grounds a short walking distance from the main pedestrian area, easy to get in and out of town! About 15-20 min drive to the best beach i have ever been to in my life. Agua beach club or the free beach right next to it. Couldn’t be closer to a bus stop, quiet enough to sleep comfortably. We found free parking right in the front of the property.
Good to know
The breakfats is served at two nearby bars. At 'Fico D'india' (50mt from property) or at 'Mangiafico' (via Ducezio, 2). Guests can decide which bar to go to.
