2.0Excellent staff could not help with room problems because it is privately owned. Bed was a hard coil box spring NO MATTRESS! NO PADDING!! Stayed one more day extra and the owner charged me double the daily rate I book for on Expedia
Water leaking
6.0It was flooding in the toilet for days! It was taking a long time for the technician to fix the problem; until now water drips continuously from the water heater! A basin is underneath to catch the leaking water. Hopefully this will be fixed soon!

4.0The air conditioning did not really cool the room off and was leaking on the floor. Also, the first day, 1 of the elevators was not operational. The second day, both elevators were out of service.
