7.0Very friendly staff and accommodating. The facility is spotless, and the location is easy to access.
− There is no lift for people who are struggling to walk, and if you have big luggage, although the staff is very helpful.

Lots of room for improvement...
1.0The room okay and staffs are accommodating
− The ref was not working the whole time (4 days) Not clear instructions re how to operate the TV and cable, no phone in the room to call the receptionist. Restaurant closed early evening and not indicated in the brochure in the room. Also - I asked if we can check -in early and I was told they are charging P 100.00 per hour if I checked in prior to 2:00 pm. No comforter in bedroom, just a very thin blanket. No soap and shampoo, just a toothpaste and toothbrush The bathroom sink is so low that you need to fully bend to just wash your face.
