A long relaxing weekend with a few things that could be improved.
7.0This was our 2nd visit and we decided to come for our 4th of July 🇺🇸 Independence Day weekend. 1. The customer service is absolutely amazing from the front desk, restaurant staff, house keeping and etc. 2. Lightning fast check in/check out. 3. The shower in the room is fantastic and providing towels while swimming is great as well. 4. Free breakfast is good for the family.
− 1. We requested a pool view room but the room that we got is blocked by bushes. 🤦♂️ 2. I mentioned this the first time I stayed but these Cauayan flies in the restaurant and snack bar lounge are irritating when you are trying to enjoy a meal and a few drinks. 3. For the price you pay 💰 for lodging, food and etc, we would expect to be able to watch Netflix, Disney or etc. We are told that the hotel doesn’t provide T.V. services. 4. Please update the menus in the rooms and restaurants. A lot of items aren’t available.
If you are ever in Cauyayan City, The Maximillian should be in your short list.
9.0The breakfast was amazing. I loved the many options including soup, fried rice, eggs, meat (longonisa, tapas, etc) juices, puto, biko, coffee depending on the day.

8.0- As soon as you entered the hotel, wifi automatically worked! - The staff was absolutely top notch with their customer service! - The steak in the restaurant, tacos and pulled pork sandwiches in the bar area were phenomenal. Best food I’ve had at any hotel in the provinces. - We were able to move to a king size room for an upgrade of 1000 pesos for the 2nd night. - Was able to check in alittle early as well which was great!
− - At the restaurant and bar we had a few flies that were pretty annoying. - We stayed in the Queen room the first night. Definitely way smaller than I thought and real noisy at night. - I found out during check out that they have laundry services. Recommend put prices in the room or letting customers know during check in.
