4.0The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They responded to our concerns immediately and moved us to another room without hesitation. The location was also convenient, however you might need to grab a car to alona beach.
− Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were disappointing. Our first room had brown and yellow stains on the bedsheets, hairs on the bed, unwashed floors with dead bugs, bugs and spiders throughout the room, and no towels were provided. After changing rooms, some issues were still present, including bugs, cockroaches and spiders. The second room also had mold in the bathroom, a sink that looked like it was about to break, and a door that could not be locked properly.
