10.0Great location, amazing people like Dianlyn at the front desk which helped us checking in & booking our activities (Underground River and Island Hopping) and accommodated our request for connecting rooms for Family of 4, the only hotel in Puerto Princessa which had access to the lake residential community where u can take a nice walk around the lake with light house & clubhouse to watch the sun rise and view of the mountains.
− For Improvement - Brownouts were common but generator had a slight delay. Suggest ensure quick generator activation.

− The rest is good. The kitchen and staff and the FO officer is nice, except how Ms. Carmela treated us that time.
