− The restaurant took two hours to prepare the food, the food was terrible, and the female staff member who checked us in had a terrible attitude.

9.0The place had a great vibe. It was family-friendly and homey as well. Their food was superb, and I was especially thankful because my mom, who is a picky eater, was really happy and satisfied. I personally loved their halo-halo (a must-try) and the ampalaya with dilis. The breakfast was also of great quality. We loved starting our day with a good breakfast. Since I was traveling with my senior citizen parents, we also appreciated that they placed them in a ground-floor room. The place was clean, and the staff attended to our needs 24 hours a day. Everyone was very welcoming, especially Kristal, the first receptionist we met. Thank you — we really enjoyed our stay. We also saw a very cute sea turtle during our stay, which made the experience even lovelier.
− The stairs were a bit challenging, especially if you have seniors with you. There was no elevator, so if you are traveling with seniors, inform the staff ahead of time so they can place them on the ground floor, like they did for my parents. The good thing is that they helped us bring our luggage upstairs since we were on the 3rd floor. The comfort room drainage in our room was also a problem. Stagnant water would collect after we took a bath, so we had to call the housekeeper for help. She was kind enough to mop the water away.
Gorgeous views, very comfortable, amazing staff
10.0The property is gorgeous, and the view from the room and restaurant are stunning. We were able to see sea turtles from our room almost every morning. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and I am very appreciative that they got me a slice of cake for my birthday :) The property location is quite convenient and easy to access the grocery store/atm and main city attractions by scooter.
