− Very dirty swimming pool....parking space is not safe & very small....free breakfast is not good ...very expensive food...the room is not worthy for the price...the hotel features onlinr are totally different from the actual features of the property

− Their beach was filthy. The floating island which was a selling point had been down for months, needs replacing. Kids were overwhelmed it wasn't gone. They provide I'm sorry will do better. They've been saying this for months in people's reviews for the same issues. No resolve!!!

8.0The location and the friendly staff. The restaurant/bar are really nice and the food was very good
− The shower and water supply to the bathroom, shouldn't take 30mins for the toilet system to refill. When sitting on the beach side, have to put up with people trying to sell you stuff, I realize they need to make a living, but they needed understand once you say no, don't just stand there poking the stuff in your face
