− We didn't stay as the listed room booked didn't exist. Unfortunately, after several discussions with booking.com and the owner of the property, the partial refund promised has not been received as yet. This difficult situation could have been resolved with a check of what was advertised on their listing before selling accommodations. As the owner says, "this should be a lesson for US"??? So with unresolved accommodation refund and additional transport costs, time wasted and upsetting interactions of our holiday memories, I urge the parties to list the properties correctly along with updated pictures of the property without colour enhancement.

Ruhig, direkt am Strand, einzigartiger Swimmingpool mit einer großen Glasfläche auf einer Seite, sehr zuvorkommend, Wohlwollendes Urlauben zum runterkommen. Da hat man mehr als man braucht 🌺🙏✅💯

Unfortunately, nothing. Due to the way the situation was handled, we were not even given the chance to experience the property.

− This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. Communication was confusing and inconsistent from the beginning. The hotel repeatedly pushed expensive private transport options and provided unclear or limited information about shared transport, making the process unnecessarily stressful. The most unacceptable part: our confirmed reservation was cancelled without informing us in advance. We only discovered this ourselves, which left us in a very difficult situation during our trip. This is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. I also waited before writing this review to give the hotel a fair opportunity to correct their mistake. I contacted them multiple times requesting a refund and clarification, but my messages were repeatedly ignored. The complete lack of accountability and customer care is shocking. Overall, the experience felt very untrustworthy and poorly managed. Guests should not have to deal with cancellations without notice and ignored refund requests.

− The pool is not really a child friendly, deep waters, but for those swimming people its awesome!! 50 meters long easy

L'établissement est bien mais ca ne vaut pas le pris que l'on a payé. Il lui faudrait un rafraichissement. Il est au calme idéall pour se reposer. Pa contre le personnel et les propriétaires sont adorables. Jo la chef de cuisine fait le meilleur poulet curry que nous avons mangé aux Philippines. Michèle la propriétaire est très serviable elle nous a emmener en voiture à Port Barton et nous a aider à trouver notre prochaine logement.

− connexion internet très mauvaise ce qui est gênant quand on a besoin d'organiser le reste de notre voyage

I liked everything. The perfect place to chill. The pool and view is amazing. The team were great and I was very well looked after. The food and drinks were delicious. The room was super clean and toiletries provided as well as a fully stocked minibar.
