− Everything generally works, but it's a bit old, used, and sometimes broken. They require a deposit to be made on a third party website, so be careful to make sure that it's the right one as I received messages from scammers are also asking for the same thing using the same booking details. Communication was decent but not always helpful

I couldn't have found a better place to spend a week in Athens!
9.0Very clean, in a lovely neighborhood, swift communication and easy check-in. Walking distance from the Acropolis but away from the crowd. Many restaurants, bars, cafes and hip shops around.
− Sometimes the elevator was not working. The apartment is north-facing, and doesn't get direct sunlight, which made it a bit chilly in the evening in November. (But I guess that's a plus during the hot summer season!)

9.0Great location right in the center of Koukaki but not noisy. The appartment is modern/renovated. Plenty of space for 2 people. It looked quite clean and it's very well equipped.
− The bed mattress could be better. One bathroom cupboard was broken.
