10.0Our stay at Procris Villa was excellent. Leonidas thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, it was truly more than we imagined. From beach towels, to wine, water, juice, coffees and snacks, he didn't leave anything out. It was all the little details that made our stay memorable. This is by far the best vacation home we've ever stayed in and we can't wait to come back! Thank you Leonidas for everything!

10.0Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und ausgesprochen geräumig, jedes Zimmer verfügt sogar über einen eigenen Balkon. Durch die Aufteilung und die zwei Badezimmer is es perfekt für Familien geeignet. Der Gastgeber hat wirklich an alles gedacht: Im Kühlschrank standen Butter, Eier und Mineralwasser und mehr bereit, dazu Olivenöl, Essig, Kaffee und eine tolle Frühstücksauswahl. So gut organisiert und liebevoll vorbereitet habe ich eine Unterkunft noch nie erlebt – großes Kompliment an den Gastgeber! Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Der Gastgeber hat sich nach meiner Ankuft telefonisch bei mir gemeldet und seine Hilfe angeboten, falls ich etwas benötigen würde. Auch das: noch nie so erlebt und wirklich vorbildlich!
− Das WLAN ist leider nur im Wohnzimmer sehr stark, in den anderen Zimmern teilweise nicht erreichbar. Obwohl in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend gelegen, ist es teilweise sehr laut, aufgrund des naheliegenden Flughafens , aber dafür kann ja die Wohnung nichts :)

10.0The apartment is really High-End-Living! New, very clean, spacious and fully equipped. It is literally 3 min. drive to the beautiful beach of Kalathas, 4 min. to the village Kounoupidiana where you can find everything you need, 10 min. from the airport and parking space in front of the building. Thank you to the very polite and professional Leonidas.

10.0This property was fabulous. Spacious - plenty of room for 6 people (although we were only 2). Comfortable bed with beautiful bedding. Kitchen was well equipped. Provisions were provided for our arrival. Even had a TV in the bedroom! Large balcony that had shade for the hot weather. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
− A car allows you to appreciate the area. 5 minutes to the beach, and 10 mins to Chania.

10.0We loved how clean this space was, and how easy the check-in process as. The host was super communicative and helpful with any of our needs. We even received a free cleaning. You have sea view from the balcony which is why we chose to eat all of our meals outside. Kalathas beach is a quick drive away. 10/10 on this place, and looking forward to returning back. − This is the bottom unit, so you may hear your neighbors upstairs if you are more sensitive to noise. Also, not super walkable. We recommend having a car for this neighborhood/ area.
