9.0This is our 3rd time there. Anastasios was grait host as always. House is confortable and location is grait. Near the promenade and city beach, next to the shoop and just 10 min drive to superb Mouda beach.
− There is nothing of any real importance to dislike.
Spacious and well located, but with many flaws
7.0Good general location, with a shop and public parking right next door. Rooms were cool when we arrived (AC was on). The host was responsive via whatsapp messages. Plenty of space inside and on the front terrace. Hair dryer and iron available.
− Location on Booking didn’t match the real one – so we lost over an hour and had to cancel evening plans. Bathroom is large but lacks a lock, and the shower is missing half of its door, so water splashes to the central part One bedroom has no window, and the AC couldn’t be turned off because the remote didn’t work — we had to find and flip the circuit breaker. No soap at the sink, which should be standard at this price. No personal check-in (though messaging worked fine). The kitchen lacks sone basic cooking utensils. TV placement makes no sense.

6.0I wouldn’t say this apartment was beautiful, however was functional. It has not been very well maintained as the shower door and the seal on the fridge were broken. An instruction manual would have been useful too. No instructions on how to get hot water or work the oven. The property is very well situated. Although nothing at all to do with the property, I would avoid going so late in the season as there were only 2 restaurants open and was very quiet

10.0The place itself was in a fantastic setting for skala. Close to the beach restaurants and bars. Very quiet at night.
− Nothing really. It's not 5 star so don't expect it.

9.0Location, staf. Anastasios was great.
− There was some problem with fridge and wifi but it was quickly resolved. It is OK but dont expect luxury.
