10.0The food was very delicious. Love the bbq. They prepared whatever we desired. The service was great. The rooms are clean & tidy The morning view is beautiful, peaceful and serine . Recommend for bird watching . Highly recommended. Very reasonable price..

10.0Excellent value for money . A lovely peaceful villa with a nice swimming pool . The location is ideal, quiet. The atmosphere is very relaxing.Food was perfect.
Ok but needs a refresh and host could be more engaging
7.0Although we didn’t use it the swimming pool looked nice and the area around the swimming pool. My daughter loved the pool table.
− The host seemed quite shy and not very engaging so at times felt awkward. The room could do with a refresh as it was tatty in places. It says there is a tv but tv does not work although not important. But as it gets dark quite early in Sri Lanka watching the tv to relax in the evening might have been nice. On the second night could not get WiFi at all. Breakfast was nice although cold which was slightly off putting when its chicken curry etc

8.0Their go to tuktuk driver was unfortunately not very good, we were driving in the wrong direction after noticing and trying to correct her she assured us it was the correct way, which was not. We ended up with a 30min delay to our destination

8.0Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. As were all of the locals who lived nearby. Lovely people. Lots of flora and fauna. A bird watchers paradise. Food cooked at the hotel was good.
