10.0Excellent séjour, un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil. Une mention spéciale à Youssef, qui m’a beaucoup aidée à résoudre un petit problème lié à ma réservation avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse, ainsi qu’à Mehdi pour sa disponibilité et son sourire. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

10.0Nous étions 4, nous avons aimé notre chambre avec une grande terrasse, les literies confortables, la chambre dispose de l indispensable, il y a même l iptv! Le ménage est fait à la demande ce qui est top! Le quartier très bien avec restos, petit souk, boulangeries et un marjane en face vraiment pratique. Tram à proximité mais nous nous sommes déplacés en Uber. Merci à Youssef qui nous a accueilli et qui a veillé à ce que nous manquions de rien! 15 jours dans cet établissement nous étions comme à la maison! Nous reviendrons !
− Juste le wifi un peu capricieux parfois mais pour 5 euros 11go avec inwi pour remédier à ça !

7.0Celkově se nám ubytování moc líbilo. Lokalita byla klidná a cítili jsme se zde bezpečně. Parkování v garážích také fajn, jenom si musíte dát pozor - vjezd je velmi strmý a strop nízký, ale tak tak jsme se vešli i se stanem na střeše. Personál byl naprosto perfektní. Byl milý, poradil a pomohl s čím jsme potřebovali a anglicky uměl skvěle. Ubytování bylo víceméně čisté (nábytek přirozeně opotřebovaný, ale pohovkám na terase bych dala více péče), postel pohodlná.
− Na našem pokoji byla velmi slabá wifi, na terase prakticky žádná. Pobyt nám bohužel značně znepříjemnily hosté z vedlejších pokojů - denně se nám na terase vyskytovaly hračky od velmi hlučných dětí, bez omluvy, bez čehokoliv, ale rozumíme, že to personál neovlivní.
