Prachtig verblijf, teleurstellend ontbijt

De accomodatie was prachtig en het personeel super vriendelijk!

− Het ontbijt was echt enorm teleurstellend. Je kreeg elke ochtend pannenkoeken of 3 verschillende manieren bereid, nog een stuk cake en boter en honing. Er was nergens fruit of yoghurt te bespeuren terwijl dat net erg belangrijk is om de ochtend goed te beginnen. Je kreeg verder koffie of thee en 1 glaasje fruitsap. Je kreeg geen water. Het was niet met buffet, je kreeg je eten en daar moest je het mee doen. Dit is echt iets wat ze moeten aanpassen.

J’ai passé 5 nuits aux Jardins de Kesali et j’ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour. L’hébergement était propre, confortable et bien entretenu, dans un cadre calme et agréable, idéal pour se détendre. Les hôtes étaient accueillants, disponibles et toujours prêts à répondre à nos besoins avec le sourire. Le petit déjeuner était varié chaque jour et possibilité également de manger sur place pour le déjeuner et diner (excellent également!) L’emplacement est pratique pour découvrir les environs tout en profitant d’un environnement paisible. Après cinq nuits sur place, je recommande sans hésiter cet établissement à toute personne recherchant un séjour reposant et convivial. Merci encore pour votre accueil, je reviendrai sans hésitation !

Pas mal mais peut mieux faire

Le jardin est un petit bijou. Les piscines offrent un vrai moment de détente et sont très agréables. Le personnel est adorable.

− La literie est horrible. Les matelas et coussins sont extrêmement durs et inconfortables. La climatisation fait un boucan infernal et fuit, malheureusement pour moi sur mes chaussures…toute la nuit. Nous avons mal dormi, ce qui est très frustrant quand nous sommes en vacances à l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est bon mais manque de fruits/yaourt/oeufs, ce que nous retrouvons dans d’autres établissements du même standing.
