10.0Риад находился в тихом месте в медине, как только мы заехали в медине на своём авто, нам сразу же предложили припарковаться, за 50 дирхам, оставили автотв гараже, и прошли 5 минут до риада. Наш номер был на 3 этаже, чистый, тихий и уютный, был кондиционер. Персонал на ресепшене разговаривал тихо, сразу видна была забота и постояльцах. Риад имеет бассейн на территории, в стоимость включён прекрачнейший завтрак! Администратор риада, рассказал, какие места лучше посетить в медине. Нам очень понравилось! Можно было бы погостить несколько дне, но остановились всего на одну ночь.
− Для большего комфорта нам не хватило кружек и чайника в номере.

Fantastic stay, lovely old traditional Riadh with pool
10.0Great old Riad with impressive high ceilings, nice traditional finishes. Great breakfast and a good spot for dinner. The pool is lovely and a great way to cool off. AC is excellent and water pressure is very strong. Khaled was amazing, always ready to help with a smile. He also greets you a the Medina gates as cars can’t get to the Riadh. The manager was very friendly and helpful finding a solution when our transport provider didn’t show up.
− We had a family room, so storage was a little limited because of the extra beds. In a regular room this wouldn’t be a problem. Location is nice, but not close to any casual eating options, so you need to plan at least 15 minutes of walking in Medina alleys to get food outside of the Riadh. Pool towels and lounger cushions could use a refresh.

10.0It’s my 3rd week in Morocco and believe me I’ve got the best service here so far. This is how it’s supposed to be everywhere. All staff are very friendly and professionals, especially manager Mohamed (with excellent English level so don’t worry if you don’t speak French). It’s the best deal in quality and price here. And I generally liked Fes more compared to Marakesh.

8.0La amabilidad del personal, la comida estaba muy buena, tanto el desayuno como la cena y los espacios comunes son muy bonitos.
− Bajamos a la piscina con nuestras propias toallas y aún así el empleado del Riad nos prestó unas toallas, nuestra sorpresa fue que cogió unas usadas que había en unas sillas, las dobló y nos las dio.
