− As a business traveler I need to have an invoice issued in order to get reimburse for the expense I initially have to pay. I informed in the very beginning that it is imperative to receive an invoice otherwise I would need to cancel and choose another available property. Currently, a month after my stay I still have not managed to receive it. Despite the fact that the stay was smooth and the personnel very polite, still my request has not been addressed and I was referred to contact the external accountant myself. You need to pick the right and similarly responsive partners in order for the client to receive and end to end seamless experience. Otherwise you run the risk of ruining the professional image you have already built.
