Unfortunately, I never stayed at this property. They canceled my reservation, but never returned my money. Poor experience.

Comfortable and clean with good food

Me and my two friends really enjoyed staying at Belmond Ella. The hotel owner and his staff were all super nice and helpful - whether it was helping with tuk tuks, doing laundry and/or offering coffee/tea. Every time we came back it felt like coming home. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was the best with nice surroundings and was a bit different every day. The mountain view was also amazing!
