− Air conditioning did not work as it should. It was very difficult to get into due to the code being quoted incorrectly on the booking info it needs to state ## not ** quite stressful following a delayed flight arrival

− O ar condicionado não funcionava, aliás, ligava, mas não resfriava o ambiente. A situação já era conhecida, conforme pudemos confirmar pelas avaliações anteriores. Apesar disso, a alternativa de ventiladores só foi providenciada no segundo dia de nossa reserva.Tivemos que passar uma noite extremamente quente no quarto sem qualquer ventilação. O frigobar também desligava quando não tinha ninguém no quarto. Havia bastante sujeira debaixo das camas.
