7.0Appartement (ou plus exactement partie d'appartement car la cuisine est à partager avec un autre "appartement") très propre, très bien situé pour visiter Rome.
− Communication un peu difficile avec le propriétaire à l'arrivée mais après quelques messages tout était en ordre. Pas d'accueil sur place (peu convivial) et immeuble aux communs mal entretenus. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas servi sur place mais dans un café proche.

− Reservei 2 quartos e os dois estavam com ar condicionado quebrado, em pleno verão. Quando fomos comunicados desse fato não havia mais a possibilidade de cancelarmos a reserva sem cobrança. Nos informaram que haviam colocado um ar portátil para contornar a situação, e que teríamos que ficar atentos ao recipiente de água para não transbordar. O do quarto menor funcionou sem problemas. O do quarto maior não resfriou o quarto. Passamos calor de noite e mesmo esvaziando o balde de água por 3x ele transbordou.

10.0Localização perfeita, numa rua cheia de vida e de ótimos restaurantes, muito próxima à Piazza Navona. Quarto e banheiro reformados, bem funcionais, priorizando conforto. O café é servido no pequeno restaurante ao lado, com mesinhas internas e externas. Frigobar. Cafeteira nespresso. Boa televisão. Funcionário muito prestativo.
− - Observe os horários de entrada e saída. Não é recomendado para quem chegar e necessitar fazer check após 23:30. Perdemos uma diária por acharmos que seria possível fazer auto check in. - É preciso subir lances de escada com as bagagens, o que é comum em acomodações do tipo.
