10.0A charming little hotel with 7 rooms and attention to detail. A charming landlady and her lovely son run the place. Spacious rooms decorated with good taste, great breakfast, luxurious bathroom, bright room, air conditioning, mini bar, small balcony, carefully selected furniture. The area is surrounded by a flowering garden and trees, a wonderful pool, organized parking, and all this not far from the town of Bracciano on the lake. Highly recommended
