2.0Not a great experience. No hot or even warm water. We complained and were told that it was normal. We asked other guests and they had hot water to shower. This would have been tolerable for me, but we had young children that cried as they had to shower in cold water. This would be expected in the amazon, but not in a 4 star hotel in the city. To make matters worst, I booked a suite 6 months ago through expedia and paid for it. Upon arrival, it was not available and I was downgraded. I had to pay for the downgraded room again with my credit card and get reimbursed in soles for my original booking.

6.0The hot water only worked for 1 of the 3 nights. We complained and once it was "fixed". It only worked once. Outside of that, breakfast was simple and service was good. It has a nice view of the pool and located in a central location

Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person.
