5.0A localização é boa, tamanho do quarto bom.
− Chuveiro com vazamento na mangueira, ocasionando baixa pressão, água do Box não escoa bem, forma uma “banheira” nos pés. A chave da porta emperra um pouco, tem que forçar pra abrir ou fechar. Internet não funcionou e o último detalhe, o andar tem um cheiro desagradável, porém isso é mais problema do prédio em si.
