10.0The building is secure. You could easily walk to restaurants, the public square, stores and transportation to farther places. The manager was very nice and super helpful. He helped us when transportation from the airport to the motel and then to the cruise port.

− Coffee and tea facilities but no milk provided. If you arrive late it would be good to have the pots or sachets of milk. There’s also a fridge so a complimentary fresh milk would have been possible and lovely. The bed had a sheet and a fleece blanket I feel that maybe a duvet would have been better as I’m not sure the fleece could be washed for each guest.

9.0we loved the location and the access to the plaza, the city, the metro, and the great little coffee shops. The Brown was our favorite. The staff is exceptional and responsive. This was very comfortable place to stay.
− We really liked the mattress, and you can tell it had some dips, still the mist comfortable because it seems that Italy prefers very, very firm mattresses. This mattress was great.
