8.0Check-in was terrible, the property has 2 towers, after I received the property message confirming and letting us know that the key was going to be left at the reception in a closed envelope, we thought that would be it, just as simple as our check in at the apartment building we stayed at, in Miraflores, through vrbo. When we arrived we spoke to the receptionist and he knew nothing. He wanted me to provide information from the owner and thay was never shared by Expedia, we had a first name and phone number. The receptionist couldn't figure out where was the key, he gave us a key and that apartment was rented and occupied. Finally after a long wait he managed to get ahold of someone who said it was in a different tower/ reception. The apartment was great!

10.0I liked the pool. It is a great size for kids; but you need to reserve it in advance. Check for availability before booking.
