− We asked simple questions prior to stay about parking. They didn’t respond until I pushed and when they did respond the messages were abrupt and did not answer the questions asked told me that the information was on the booking.com site (which is wasn’t) then told me how many guests they have a year and that no one has any problem with them. Rude and dismissive.
