6.0This hotel has wonderful staff very polite and helpful but needs lots of improvement like daily room service, TV satellite channels, room phone instead of going down if you need someone one from reception to speak with , very hard parking . They should put bottles of water, tea bags coffee bags at least no prayer mat inside the room . Apart of this the ppl who are working there really kind and helpful.

10.0Everything was great, the staff, the service, the cleanliness..! However, a guest was constantly smoking in the hallway and the smell was so strong, I could smell it in my room.. But this is not the hotel‘s fault, it just was disturbing
