The listing said a/c; no a/c. Rental agency said hotels.com fraudulently included a/c. DIRTIEST place we've ever stayed: foil under burners was disgusting; dirty silverware in drawers; grill dirty; drawer under oven dirty; thick dust in many locations; previous tenant's jellybean on side table, etc Not all stove burners worked Comfortable sofa, recliner, bed Plenty of storage in bedroom and bathroom. Although the listing shows stairs down to the lower unit and a flight up to the upper, it neglects to mention that the first set of stairs is equivalent to 4 1/2 flights. The shower doesn't get hot, just lukewarm. Communication was problematic: when I called, there were multiple problems: on hold 10 minutes, then call dropped; call went to voice mail; even when I had good cell service, employee often couldn't hear me. Priscilla kept insisting that I e-sign a document I never received and she refused to describe. Railings left splinters. Quiet neighborhood
