Hostess was polite and did her best but there aren’t event curtains or blinds. People in alleys or inside the hotel can see right into your room.

I was charged twice

2.0

I prepaid for the booking on hotels.com website about 3 months prior to arrival. They didn't honour my prepaid reservation. They said, that Expedia didn't pay them for recent bookings (!!!). So they forced me to pay again at check in, if I wanted to get a room (there was at midnight). That's the way I was charged twice for the same room. Almost 2 weeks passed by, Hotels.com is not able to proceed any refund for me. I am your customer for over 10 years, it is shame on you, Expedia!

Stayed there for 2 nights. It’s close to the train station and the city center. The staff were helpful in every aspect.
