6.0The owner keeps the house at 59°, even prior to guest arrival, which is really uninviting. It was hard to get the house to warm up, and the system wasn’t user friendly. The system would reset back to 59° in the middle of the night, so the house was super cold. The host did their best to try and help and they were very nice, but it would have been nice to arrive to a warm home.

10.0We had a really bad reservation with website, was so annoying and frustrating, was a really bad experience for payment, fire place out was out of gas and we are not satisfied because I just chose this place for the fire outside, I sent the message but nobody did not respond and they have to refund a part of the money. However the rest was good.
Christmas Sewage Smell from Hell
2.0When we walked in, the house smelled like sewage. As we walked down the hallway, we could tell it was coming from the bathrooms. When we walked up the stairs a strong smell of pee was coming from both carpeted bedrooms. The whole house was decorated with Christmas. Very odd house.
