I liked its beautiful architecture but it was not well maintained.

− From the very beginning of our stay, we had a disappointing experience with this homestay. When we arrived, the property looked deserted, and there was no one to welcome us. After waiting for about 25 minutes, we asked a shopkeeper next door to contact someone from the homestay. Eventually, a staff member arrived, but he did not seem welcoming. I asked whether it would be possible to stay a couple of hours beyond the check-out time the next day. He called the owner and handed me the phone. Unfortunately, the owner was even less friendly and said that we would be charged an hourly fee for any late check-out. After calculating the cost, I realized it would actually have been cheaper to book an additional night. Guests were asked to remove their shoes before entering the lobby, even though the floor appeared dirtier than the soles of our shoes. The Wi-Fi connection was also very slow. We found a cockroach in the bathroom, and there was a gecko running around on the walls near the ceiling. The following morning, after breakfast, we checked out immediately and moved to another homestay that was both cheaper and significantly better, where we were able to stay comfortably until our flight. I am generally a very easygoing traveler and usually give properties very high ratings. It is extremely rare for me to leave a negative review, but unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had.
