Great location, good kitchen and excellent air con… but owners need to update some of the accessories

− Bathroom very tired…. Needs a refurb. And some of the ‘decor’ very very tired ….

− A bit tired furniture and kitchenware. No microwave. Stains on duvets.
Great villa and location. Service and maintenance issues could be easily fixed.
8.0Location was as described. A 5 minute walk to Palm Beach. Villa was fairly spacious, 2 good sized bedrooms/beds and 2 toilets. Views from the deck were stunning.
− Villa didn't seem to be maintained or equipped as we would expect eg. no microwave, only 3 coffee mugs (for a 4-person unit), umbrella on deck was unsafe as it fell over all the time. Overall, unit felt tired and neglected. Also: villa advertises that it has use of swimming pool and hot tub. It is not made clear that the villa is in the grounds of a hotel complex and there is a clear sign on the pool gate that it is only to be used by hotel guests. Lastly, there was a terrible septic tank smell on our arrival, requiring the windows to be kept shut.
