− This villa is run by a Hospitality company and they are hard to deal with and prices are not really reasonable when compared to other villas because they are a third party who don’t own the villa!! This is Only issue of this villa!!

10.0Well designed and super friendly staff, definitely the best stay we had in SriLanka, beautifully secluded property, peaceful and staff that is there to help and provide whatever you want.

1.0Staff.
− Upon arrival after a long journey, the owner told us that the reservation for the villa (5 bedrooms) was not valid, because according to him we only booked one room, and he forced us to pay for the other rooms in full. Lied. Because it was sold out on Booking.com with our reservation but we were the only ones there (two rooms). The staff said that this problem is repeated and guests are thus forced to pay multiple times the price if they do not have other accommodation. The owner is a fraud. The equipment is dirty, moldy and could use maintenance. The owner refused any discussion and said that either we will pay within an hour or we will be fired even though our reservation is exactly according to Booking.com. The next review and photos will be on Google.
AMAZING
10.0we knew we had booked a villa but we didn't expect such a beautiful and large structure! fantastic decor, fabulous pool, surrounded by nature. there is any type of service, Smart TV, billiards, speakers from which you can hear music very well, a beautiful atmosphere. the staff (all the staff without exception) are magnificent. they were attentive to our every little need, very friendly and helpful, we even played billiards with them. they make you feel truly pampered. plus they cook you breakfast, lunch and dinner and it's all delicious. I HIGHLY recommend coming to this wonderful place.
