3.0The only good thing was the location and a working AC
− Extremely steep staircase I did not know about in advance. Unfortunately on the pictures it looks a lot better than in reality. The room was very dirty, my socks all looked nasty after walking on the floor. Hair and dirt on the carpet. A coffee maker but no cups. And since the check-in and staff are were in a completely different building, I didn’t even bother to ask. Bathroom was super small, nowhere to hang your towels and the floor was flooding after you take a shower. Once I went to check out at around 10.45am during my last day, I was greeted by a grumpy man saying I need to pay a penalty because I am late. I was confused and said that on booking it says 11am. He looked at the computer and said „oh you paid already, then it’s all good sorry“. It wasn’t a very friendly encounter and no one asked how was my stay etc, only accused me of staying late.

i'll cone back to Nijmegen, but never again to this hotel
5.0- perfect location, right in one of the very nice streets of Nijmegen - no staff at the check-in desk, but key was laying ready and staff member called back to check when i tried to reach him
− - shower did not work - sink was clogged: water only véry slowly drained away - noise from upstairs (or neighbouring?) room (voices, footsteps, moving of chairs (?), ...) was disturbing! - all in all: no value for money (I payed 95 Euro and got a service far below what one could expect for that price: (above features do not even happen in a cheap hostel!)
