− It’s a lot of stairs to access the unit and inside the apartment - which provides a great view - but could be troublesome for anyone mobility challenged

1.0− Unklare Anweisungen, komplizierter Kontakt nur per Telefon möglich. Das Haus war mit Insekten und Spinnen befallen, der Vermieter sagte zuerst die volle Erstattung zu, dann aber nur für eine Nacht. Spinnen auch im Bett, ich musste auf der Couch schlafen. Unglaublich schlechte Unterkunft

4.0Overall, the check in process is not clear. It was difficult to locate the keys. Since it’s not a traditional hotel, there’s no front staff to assist. The walk ways leading up to the house can be hazardous in the rain, which can be bad for young kids or the elderly. The upstairs part of the house needs some renovation, and the house is rampant with spiders. There is only a washer, and no dryer. The clothes line is useless for dryer clothes as island weather is wet on and off. Better off staying at a resort or hotel.

10.0Great facilities including a very good coffee machine and everything we needed for our stay. Beds comfortable, easy walk to palm beach and very short drive to supermarket and local wineries. Views from the terrace are amazing!
