2.0Garbage room - too loud with engine sound constantly, no windows, like being in a bunker. We asked to change room, unhelpful woman at reception said no. So we had to find another hotel at 7pm and pay for the other place too. Stay away

6.0Mountain views are nice. The train tracks are right behind the building and the trains can be very loud! The breakfast options are very limited and they only gave 2 eggs per guest. It was mostly fruit and bread. I went to pick up my bags at 9:30am and no one was at the front desk.

6.0It was ok, I wouldn’t recommend it but it did the job. Room is small, request for bed requirement (double bed) was ignored and twin beds provided. Noisy with people talking loudly outside door at night. More a hostel than a hotel.

Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person.
