− We were leaving early before 6 am. We were advised our packed lunch breakfast would be given in the morning. However, when I went to collect it wasn’t there. The security got my one to leave and I had to pay 70USD. For a transfer while uber was still 1000 KES! It was a stressful experience

− The socket at the table next to the couch wasn’t able to fit my laptop charger. It’s a flaw in design. Secondly, at night, after all the lights are switched off, there was light seeping in from the bottom of the main door. So that was a bit annoying. The breakfast should include some South Indian food as well - like dosa, Vada sambhar

10.0We spent my wife's birthday at the JW Marriott and could not have asked for a better experience. The staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was stunning, breakfast was fantastic, and the spa facilities (steam & sauna) were top-notch. The complimentary birthday cake was the cherry on top. Thank you, JW Marriott team, for an exceptional stay!
