2.0The room was beautiful and spacious. There’s a lovely pool and a very kind and helpful cleaning lady named Christine.
− Firstly, it is actually called Eden Beach resorts and spa Bamburi. Im sure it’s been renamed to distance itself from past bad reviews especially on Google and look like a “new addition” Secondly, listing had it as “Breakfast included” but Breakfast was NOT INCLUDED. The staff looked shocked when I asked about breakfast 🤣. There was no hot water in the shower or bath and no air conditioning in the living area. Third and most hilarious 😂, the prepaid electricity meter was beeping all day on the 21st of August. I informed the host at 8am and nothing was done about it ALL DAY. I HAD TO PAY EXTRA to HAVE ELECTRICITY. Also, there wasn’t even toilet paper for use on arrival. And it’s not beachfront, there’s no beach.
