8.0Tolle, zentrale Lage. Unkomplizierter Service nach dem rufen der Hotelhilfe. Sehr sympathischer Mann hat uns geholfen.
− Zimmer wurde nicht täglich geputzt, nicht ganz sauber bei Ankunft, Duschwasser fliesst nicht ganz von alleine ab (Winkel des Bodens zum Abfluss stimmt nicht). Mussten wegen der Feuchtigkeit nach dem Duschen die Klimaanlage laufen lassen, ansonsten bleibt der Raum (wie auch die Duschtücher) feucht. Leider nur 1 Hocker vorhanden.

10.0We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here! The location is fantastic - the tram stops right in front of the hotel, making it super easy to get around. The beach is within walking distance, and there are so many lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. One thing I especially appreciated was that after checking out, I was able to continue working comfortably in the lobby for a while. It made my travel day so much less stressful, and I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere❤️
− I’m not lowering my rating because of this, as we didn’t find any signs in our room and neither of us had any bites or other issues during our stay. However, just after we checked out, we overheard that guests in a room very close to ours had reported finding bed bugs. It made us a little anxious, but fortunately, everything turned out to be fine for us. Hopefully, it was an isolated incident🙏🏻

− Er was geen raam. Dat wisten we maar gaf toch een opgesloten gevoel. Kamer kan ook niet gelucht na douchen bijvoorbeeld.
