We'll be vacationing at another place for our yearly trek.
4.0It was very disappointing this time with the number of dogs that were allowed to ream the property. I pay for a vacation away from dogs....I don't expect them to be barking at all hours of the day and night...roaming without leashes. We have stayed at Semi cabins for the last 6 years. We have recently found a new (cabins) place on the Pemigewasset River that we will make our new vacation destination. Lori and Dino Ferro
− We liked the fact that it is right on the River. Listening to the sounds of the river at night was/is awesome.

− No air conditioning. Parking is tight

10.0Pretty much everything we liked. I just wish we could've brought our own small gas grill as the charcoal ones take forever to heat up. The river sounds were amazing and the comfort and staff were great.
Recommend stay. Look at cabin features for your preferences.

Peaceful, Quiet, Quaint Cottage overlooking the beautiful rushing Pemi!
8.0We chose the cabin with a finished kitchenette. The area overlooked the river which was beautiful and peaceful. Central to areas of interest (Lincoln, Cannon, Echo Lake) and pet-friendly!
− Right on main road (Rte 3) so occasionally can hear traffic. Entire property is a bit crowded with the cabins (less privacy in-season) but still, one cannot beat the view of the river.
