8.0Nous avons eu un problème dans notre chambre, ils ont tout de suite réagi et trouvé une autre solution. Le personnel sympathique et à l'écoute.
Beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la qualité des chambres et des prestations.
4.0− Personnel absent (littéralement) : réception vide et lumière éteinte. J’ai du appeler le numéro de la réception pour que quelqu’un qui parle uniquement anglais fasse le check-in. J’ai fais le checkout seul le lendemain matin, toujours personne à la réception - Poignée de porte de la chambre cassée - Douche complètement bouchée par le calcaire.
