− Er was geen airco. Er was wel een ventilator maar die werkte maar half en het werkte nog minder met de warmte

− Leider was es im Zimmer sehr sehr heiss,inklusive heizung die im Bad angeschalten war. Das Klimagerät hat nicht geholfen.

1.0For the most part the property was clean and modern.
− We experienced many issues during our stay - which ended up being 4 hours long … these issues caused us ultimately to abandon the accommodation. We initially booked a 4 night stay - we arrived at the posted check in time and the online app said our room was not yet ready. We approached a cleaner who showed us to our room which was occupied by someone else. She knocked on the door to tell them to vacate the room and out came a huge cloud of cigarette smoke and the apartment STUNK like smoke. I told her we could not stay there as one of our group members was asthmatic, she contacted the owner who simply said “open a window”. This was crazy to me as the booking.com listing shows non-smoking. We had to wait in the heat for 2+ hours whilst the room was cleaned. The listing also advertises a fan & a single air conditioner in the bedroom - only the fan was present, no aircon, in the middle of a heatwave. There were 4 of us staying as per our booking, so an additional inflatable mattress was prepared by the cleaners - which subsequently deflated in an hour with no way for us to re-inflate it. The hosts were contacted via Whatsapp and email as per the instructions in the apartment and our attempts were ignored. This left 2 of the 4 of us with nowhere to sleep. Between this, the stench of smoke and no aircon - the apartment was inhabitable. In the end booking.com would only refund 3 of the 4 nights although we didn’t even stay the first night and sought alternate accomodation. Avoid and stay elsewhere.

− Musste 1st + plus drausen warten weil Aparzment gepuzt wird , war dan nicht mal gut gepuzt. Bett halpazig gemacht und im schrank war noch essen wienlange es dort ist keine ahnung
