10.0Love the view, sitting out on the porch and all of a sudden horses are called up. Definitely will be going back.

8.0Everything was clean and in great condition, except for the spiderwebs on the back patio, which they forgot to clean, I was able to get rid of these no problem with the broom that was provided. There is no dining table inside, so one must brave the outdoors to eat on the gorgeous covered front patio. In addition, there are no spices or oils, so be sure to bring your own condiments, and the cooking supplies are minimal: one frying pan, one sauce, pan, one batch. However, the host is more than accommodating and very, very friendly! Communication was fabulous, and when we bought firewood, they had it delivered to our site! The host, Greg, even gave us heavy whipping cream from his own fridge for our coffee. Now that’s a stand out service!
