10.0My stay at the Pan Pacific Nairobi was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful - calm, elegant, and grounding in a way that made it feel like a genuine refuge in the midst of a vibrant city. What made the experience really amazing was the staff. Purity, Evans, and Kelvin (and many others) went above and beyond in every interaction - each bringing such kindness, professionalism, and heartfelt care. From the smallest details to moments when I felt especially welcomed and looked after, they made us feel seen, supported, and at home. Their warmth and attentiveness set a new standard for hospitality!

10.0I had a wonderful stay at Pan pacific Serviced Apartments in Nairobi. The service was excellent from start to finish, with very attentive and professional staff. The accommodation was top-notch—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was great with good variety and quality. The location is very convenient, and the amenities are well thought out, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

10.0Great experience at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the 2-bedroom suite was clean, spacious, and modern, with beautiful city views. Excellent facilities, great security, and a convenient location. Perfect for both business and leisure stays. Would definitely return.

10.0We had a wonderful stay, room was very clean and well stocked because we cook for ourselves. And special mention to Venon, Godwin, Enoch and Eric for the personalized attention, check in and luggage assistance.

10.0Excellent customer service from Venon, Eric, Enoch and Godwin! Super comfortable units with unique views - I doubt if there’s a thing better in Nairobi
