10.0room was nice and clean, restaurante staff were nice and food was very good. front desk was always accommodating. Hotel wasn't in town but taxi service was easily available and inexpensive. shuttle service did not run very often.

2.0Classless hotel staff - good luck - they took one situation that could have been easily rectified but chose to take long, painful, unnecessary route - in the end causing me to cancel my reservation and explore other properties for my stay. I wouldn't wish this service on my worst enemy.
