10.0We booked two rooms - one on the top floor - Penthouse Suite 4 - the other a studio room. Gorgeous spacious room with great views looking out the city. Short stroll to all the restaurants on Cuba and just around the corner from our fav cafe PreLab

8.0I usually put my staff here when working in Wellington, it’s clean and tidy apart from the parking area, there has been no improvement to the carpark but now parking they have increased the parking to $40per night…it makes us second think staying here

4.0This property was not worth what we paid. There is no servicing of the rooms, we had 2 fire evacuations while the children were sleeping, two days in a row, one at night and one early hours of the morning. A third night we were woken with a drip in our bedroom at 3am. The rooms are very 90’s decor and no usb connections anywhere and plug sockets not in easily accessible places. Reception was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.
