4.0− No fire alarm, crockery was industrial. Minimal cooking equipment. Furniture worn out.

5.0− The spa pool was not up and running as promised. It was only turned on when we checked in and it didn't reach optimum temperature. Locked up by 7pm so we didn't get to use it as desired.
