За втора година сме гости в Black pearl villas. Вилите са перфектно поддържани, чисти, комфортни с широки стаи. Вилата е оборудвана с всичко необходимо (включително комплект за първа помощ, като при първият ни престой бях приятно изненадан, че има дори парацетамол, който ме спаси от температурата, която вдигнах!)за самостоятелно готвене, но същевременно е на една крачка от ресторанти, буквално сте на плажа и въпреки това може да се насладите на прекрасната тишина вечер за една истински пълноценна почивка. Специални благодарности и поздрави към собственика на вилите с радост ще се върнем отново!

There was everything we needed in the accommodation. It was clean, pleasant, and spacious.

− The towels weren’t changed during our stay. Since we bring our own towels, it wasn’t an issue for us.

Very unpleasant experience and vacation! Only the location is good!

Only the location was perfect!

− First was the color of the water in the villa - it was orange! There were not enough towels! They didn’t changed the towels during the whole week! I asked the manager and he explained to me that they will change it in the middle of the stay but nobody come and change it. He explained to me that there is a washing machine and we can use it :(! Nobody clean the villa during our stay - 7 days! That do not change the bed linens! One of the days there was a problem with the water supply, I asked the manager what is happening? He just said there is a problem with water in the village and it is not my problem! The two bedrooms for level -1 and one on the second floor. There is no toilet on level 0 which is also very inconvenient!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The rental was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just steps from the beach. The views were beautiful, the home had everything we needed, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. It was the perfect place for a beach getaway, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Black Pearl Villa in Kalimitsi, Greece. The location is fantastic—just steps away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful water and scenery throughout the day. The villa was clean, comfortable, and equipped with excellent amenities. The kitchen was especially well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The property offered a relaxing atmosphere and was the perfect place to unwind while exploring the area. We truly appreciated the thoughtful details and would highly recommend Black Pearl Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway in Greece. We would gladly stay here again!

Perfekte Lage, gute und moderne Ausstattung. Viel Platz.

− Es fehlte ein Toaster und eine Garderobe - aber das waren nur Kleinigkeiten und diese können das tolle Gesamtergebnis nicht schmälern.
